So weird to see Giovanni being the thorn in the side. Part of why I love these runs is every Gym Leader/major battle has their time in the sun where they're difficult or super easy.

Even if Flareon doesn’t get the quickest time, at least its mixtape is fire.
I'm going to start campaigning to get the Hiker with the self-destructing Geodude nicknamed Boomer.
"What is the weakest Pokemon that I can beat Bruno with?" would be a cool challenge. You don't have to beat the whole game up to Bruno with the weak Pokemon, just bring a series of weaker and weaker Pokemon to beat Bruno with. I'd bet it can be done with a level 30 Bellsprout.
