Peoples way of playing games will kill this game not Blizzard. video games are basicly just hype trains these days and when the hype wears off the game eventually dies. its been like this for the past few years of gaming. some games last a few days, some a few weeks some a few months at most. but u might have figured that out with all the temporary gameplay / seasonal shit.
it depends also on blizzard, they said it will be a limited event, instead they could add new maps and ranking system etc. but ye i agree with the hype thing, people these days are like: new retail expac hype, plunderstorm hype, era hype, hardcore/mak gora hype, cataclysm hype, sod hype and then blizzard does everything at the same time its so fkn annoying also some pservers on top and community is literally split 10 ways lol
