What I really need is a "How to get a Stormbird's agro fast" video. More often that not they just circle over my head with my shooting arrows and missing and they don't finally come to attack me until I finally hit them when they're flying by.

Precision arrows fly the most distance, so I oftenly use this method

Have you tried using the rattler after freezing it? I've killed it and the Thunder Jaw quickly after freezing them. That does some damage.

Rattles sucks in my opinion. It's just for pew-pews and fun

I missed a step
Did you load 3 regular arrows, and then load 3 freeze arrows on the same bow?

That's impossible. 3 hard point arrows on a regular bow, and 3 freeze arrows on a warbow

Same: triple freeze arrows - down boogie, next ropecaster - boogie grounded, and finish with something you like. Safe and relatively quick.

Потому что я не хочу тратить 5-10 часов своего времени на то чтобы пройти до всех на Новой Игре+ UH и показать что их можно убить тем же способом что и на сложной сложности. Иными словами - один и тот же метод, но просто немного дольше будешь его бить
