Contrasting color would of made it easier to see what your doing !! But other than that nice video!

I was getting ready to make some washcloths and this is a great stitch for them. Thank you so much!

I came across your pattern and found your video for this, I didn't expect it to be so simple, it looked so complicated! Thank you so much for this Video and the pattern (scally cap) I am doing a guage for it and I have never heard of this stitch before! Thank you again for such a clear explanation, the only thing I think that would help is if it was in a darker colour so we could see the stitches a bit better as white is quite hard to see on screen. 😊

Thanks for the tutorial, love the stitch. Possible to do this same technique with half double or double crochet?

Yes! I have done it with Hdc and don't see why you couldn't do dc as well.

A dark background would help us see your work.

White in white .awesome it very difficult to flow what you are trying to teach. Maybe, a contrasting colour would be much easier to follow.

Can you work this stitch in the round? And if so is it still an odd number of chains

Yes, I did this stitch in the round for my new mens sweater...I did an even stitch count with joining and turning.

The white on white is difficult to see.

Correction: "White on white is ". Sorry , autocorrect.

Using a light yarn against a light background makes it difficult to see what you’re doing almost to the point of disappearing.
