Pearl Reference and Pearl brass snare - Testing out different heads

I have the same Pearl reference 20 ply 14x6.5 snare and I would say that’s one of the best snares I have ever used in my entire life .. With putting Evans heavyweight heads on this snare ,it sounds monstrous ... 😎😎😎

14x5
Use only reverse dots medium to high tunning
And tighter on the bottom and your done!!
Pearl makes amazing snare drums!!!

Great demo. Are you using the tunebot at all? 360 head on the brass snare was great. I love the tuning and the ring.

Both these snares have many options. I have been tuning much lower since this video.. I don't know if I used the tunebot in the video but I use it all the time now
