@agrosuramerica You are correct, we should use the real names. The problem is when teaching others that don't know the real names you have to start out with the names they are accustomed to. Otherwise they won't listen.
Jesus has become the one given in pledge of a better covenant.-Heb. 7:22. In his letter to the Hebrews, Paul explained that the tabernacle was merely “a shadow of the heavenly things” and that Jesus became the Mediator of “a better covenant” than that mediated by Moses. (Heb. 8:1-5) In Paul’s day, such explanations of the Law were invaluable to Christians, and they still are. They help us to grasp more fully the value of the provisions that God has made for us. Writing to the Romans, Paul directed some of his comments to congregation members who were of Jewish stock and who had been instructed in the Mosaic Law. He acknowledged that such ones had the advantage of possessing a “framework of the knowledge and of the truth” concerning Jehovah and his righteous principles. A grasp of that ‘framework of truth’ and heartfelt respect for it enabled Jewish Christians to guide, teach, and illuminate those who were in ignorance of the Law.-Rom. 2:17-20.
Colossians 2:16 -''Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days'' In fact read the whole chapter. God bless!
The people knew what they were agreeing to: Ex:197-8So Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before them all these words which the Lord commanded him. 8 Then all the people answered together and said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do.” So Moses brought back the words of the people to the Lord.
@momelock You are correct, we are not high priests. Yeshua is our high priest. We only have access to YHVH through him. Never by our own efforts. So was it the inner veil or the outer veil? One thing I know for sure, we do have access through Yeshua. He is our one and only access into the holy of holies, that is what really matters.
Great video again, Pastor. I do have a question about the veil. I've read something regarding which veil was torn. Some say it was the outer veil because we are all priests now. The common man who believes can now go and teach others about Yahweh - We don't need a Levitical priesthood. But, the inner veil was not torn. Think about this. Who could see the inner veil? Only the High Priest can go into the Holy Place. Who is our High Priest? We still are in need of a mediator, right?....continued
Many laws in the Torah do not apply to individuals. For example, out of the 613 laws, some apply to men only, some to women only, some to priests only, some to government. We have the death penalty in the United States, but it is not lawful for individuals to carry out. It is for a society to carry out. All Christians I know belong to a nation other than the one that this law was intended for so the "old covenant" puts no such demands on Christians living today.
@momelock I have heard the teaching that it was the outer veil. Yeshua is the door or access to the father, the only way to YHVH. And YHVH was behind the inner veil. If your read Ezekiel 22 and 44 you will see two types of priests. There are those that serve the people, and then there are the sons of Zadok, the sons of righteousness, that come near to YHVH and serve him. I believe the son's of Zadok are being called out today. Those that practice righteousness, walking in his ways.
So, Yahshua is our High Priest. He is the only one allowed to enter the Holy Place. We have access to Yahweh through our High Priest, but we are not high priests ourselves. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks.
Jer.31 [31] Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Heb.8 [1] Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; [2] A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. [3] For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. [4] For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: [5] Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. [6] But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. [8] For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: [9] Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. [10] For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: [11] And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. [12] For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. [13] In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. Heb.8 [8] For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: [13] In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. Heb.12 [24] And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. Matt.5 [38] Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: [39] But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. [40] And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. [41] And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. [42] Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. [43] Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. [44] But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; [45] That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. [46] For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? [47] And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? [48] Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
I have seen arguments for both. Some people use one, some the other, some use Jesus. We are all talking about the same person. We know for sure it wasn't Jesus. But many people call him that, and he answers. I believe it is Yeshua but is not worth arguing about and it should not be a source of division. Which it is among some. Yeshua is Hebrew for salvation.
I used to believe that "in Adam" was a biological condition but I no longer hold with that position since it is impossible to be "in Adam" and "in Christ" at the same time. The best answer I have found is that being "in Adam" was covenantal and the man in Adam, "the man of the flesh", is spoken to through the old covenant made with Israel of the flesh. Being in Christ, is likewise covenantal and that man is spoken to through the new covenant made with Israel of the spirit. Go...d in Christ "raised" Israel out of "the old man of sin and death in Adam",and put him into Christ, "the new man of righteousness and life". and so all Israel would be saved. The Gentiles, who had never been spoken to through the old covenant, were "grafted in". For a short both systems existed in parallel (there was a transition) until the old finally vanished with the destruction of the temple city of Jerusalem in AD 70. It was then that the standing of "the old man of sin and death" finally "perished" and God stopped speaking to man "in Adam". All men are now counted by God as in love and union with HImself who is "all in all". That "old man of sin and death" "perished" but when we resort to old covenant law we are attempting to restore the status of what is, effectively, "dead" and "buried".
May I ask about tithing...a huge question for me. I have studied it and New Testament giving..I do not see tithing helping the church...they obey a rule and now their giving is finished. Tithing is made to be the biggest obedience....not Love, giving, sharing, the needy and broken people ministered to?? Million dollar churches with huge mortgages....really what do you think??
Inconvenient truths....... The new covenant is a contract between Israel and God just like the old covenant. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: You are a Gentile and have no covenant. Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Indeed. It was given to deal specifically with the transgressions under the Sinai covenant: "To the *Hebrews*" 9:15For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance-now that he has died as a ransom *to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant*.
In respects to what names to use. I think Yahweh is comfortable in understanding all languages. There is no ''j'' in Hebrew, so it is first translated to greek, and then English. Jesus is acceptable to use, it is just the Hebrew name ''ישוע''- translated to English. Take the name michael, it translates into many different spellings, but they are all the same name.
Shalom!!!!!
Wow that was good !!!! It's bout time to reveal!!! YHWH's true gospel which is the Torah!!!!
Keep it up !!!!! Shalom Rav !!!!
Such a fantastic video, again, Paul. Shalom and thank you for your efforts!

Ok, Who are the children of Israel? Am I right in saying the children of Jacob? (ISRAEL) and not just the state (jews)
