the trombones get the sauciest lick of the song
Exactly why I’m here
@@Whoaskingandwhysame and because we are going to play it in band after uil
It's so good I can hear the music coming inside me

I have been looking for this for so long! The trombone and trumpet always gets me! I've been playing trumpet for 5 years and I still havent done this!
jokes on you i had to play this freshmen year on first trumpet 🥲
3:00 ❣💙💙💙
yes
Ahh the sauciest trombone lick 🔥 👅
what are the slide positions for this lick?
@@justacheeto07 Mainly C, Db, and Bb.

I’ve heard many bands play this piece and this is one of my favorites 😻
The intro is very interesting and promising , with the C and G double harmonic major scale elements , E -flat pedal and F pedal and below , only percussion and solo flute instrumentation ... Samuel R. Hazo composed a great masterpiece ... when the Arabique line dance hits ( I think is Dabka rythm ) party beggins . Great orchestration paradigm 2 ostinato melodic - rythm parts blended in great percussion ostinato line ... Great performance guys ! You' ve gave justice ! I really love that piece cause I 'm a percussionist , and the percussion parts are very elegant and dancing ... Like Alan Menken parts to '' Arabian Nights '' .
your words are social distancing
When people say double spaced, they mean you put a blank Lin in between paragraphs, not two spaces between every word.
oh my God if the ending was ONE BEAT LONGER...
It was how the song was written
4:51 sooo beautiful that i can imagine going to heaven flying 🥲🥲
Something about the upper woodwinds "resolving" before everyone else gives me chills everytime before the big B flat chord after where you stamped
I think there are amazing flute solos out there but even without the solo being here (not counting the missing vibrato) I believe it was an alright flute solo.
I think the composer told her to not use vibrato because of the recordings of Arabesque don't have vibrato for the flute solo.
What was with the trumpets they were all over the place
4:59 its so beautiful majesitc as hell
i play flute and i feel like the flute solo could have been played with a lot more feeling. she played it exactly how it was written, and did not even use vibrato. she put no soul into it and it was very empty.
facts
Did I ask
@@mondotrombo7167 🤣
@@mazda_rt24-p I mean, wild was very judgmental of a good solo, not worthy of too much of criticism
it was probably the conductor that told her not to
I was realllly looking forward to seeing those trombone triplets after the percussion feature agh.
I guess I understand, a simple wrist flick is too hard for some people, I guess
As the sole trombonist of a band that doesn't has a trombone with F attachment and only tenor trombones, I can asure you that those triplets are near to impossible...

😃✨
I wished there would be more grashindos felt so bland at some parts just cause they were just the same volume
the trumpets could have been carried up the most hype part during the trombone lick but they played way too quietly and kept adding weird dynamics
Besides some butchered entrances and missing parts, it was iiiight
Why do trumpets look like they don’t know what there doing
Timpani on the last note😅😅😢

Ich bin Forcheim Buckenhofen. No, I was just reading truck reviews and I ran across someone who wrote, "so we took and got..." and I didn't know whether to laugh out loud or think someone I used to know in Jasper county had been driving a Dodge. And I know better because they were strictly GM people no matter how many alternators, distributors, electronic parts, gauge clusters, driveshaft yokes, pinion seals, ABS HCU's etc.. I'd laugh but I experienced it too and I was soooooo tempted today to go get a Silverado LT Z71 except for I already know it would be another love hate relationship like I already have. I'm tempted to beg Saudi prince saheed alech S'Moh to send me a shipload of gasoline so I could afford to drive a 360 Dodge 4x4. You know what they say about that. She's fun to drive but you just hate to be seen with her at the gas station! Fun times. L'Chaim!
Ah yes the Dodge 4x4 feature in the middle of Arabesque, my favorite part

not the best
Dissapointing performance
Are you crazy ?
@@Iv723an they got a point, the flute could have more emotion at the beginning and the timpani’s at the beginning did not sound like timpani’s
@@kristopherrivas602this song is hard to play so ya shut up and I bet ya can’t play better than them, so keep ya’s opinions to ya’s self
It definitely could have been better, trumpet countermelody during the trombone feature was a bit iffy, and the timpani played the last note very early, just to names a few reasons why
i play flute and i feel like the flute solo could have been played with a lot more feeling. she played it exactly how it was written, and did not even use vibrato. she put no soul into it and it was very empty.
wild stingray although it did have some vibrato. I do agree with it being very ‘bland’
