you need to change the channel on the chromebook and if doesnt work then that means you cant do it anymore

Mine doesn't even have Playstore on the launcher. I was told a Chromebook was more or less a large phone or tablet and it is proving to be a useless pile of shit.
One of the more expensive HP models and I can"t even download Netflix onto it. Manually going to the Playstore it only asks if i"d like to download it to another device from the stupid Chromebook, but not for it.
