Ahh sorry got mistaken for a secind there, from actual Zeshin you have to press d,d/f to cancel out of the ZEN like a crouch dash motion, and leaves you in crouch dash position meaning you can EWHF, EWUC or full on wavedash from it. Mental Alertness/Crouching Demon (b+1) can be cancelled by pressing forward. Just a note, if you can't cancel out of ZEN or ME into block if you need to, you shouldn't do it because you will get tagged, hard! ;)
oh and a little fact by the way : i tried when i practiced with a buddy and that´s what happened Jin´s omenWGF can be blocked by heihachi and then jin isn´t any longer in omen stance !!! but for example when lars blocks it, jin stays in omen stance (probably the other mishimas can do the same like heihachi but i only tried on heihachi)
