Can't even begin to tell you how much I love this thank you! I've had this song in my head all day, and I was looking for a version to listen to. This is the one! I live in Queens, NY. Will have to pay you guys a visit when this pandemic finally subsides. May the Lord bless and keep you all.

We sang this hymn in church for Easter way back in 2007 in Kuwait but this is the only video of the hymn I've found online. Thank you for posting this beautiful hymn.I'm so glad to hear it again after nearly 15 years!

Nicely done! A bit more subdued than how my choir sings it, but very good for practicing with, as you can hear the various parts. So thanks for putting it in the "library" so that I could take it out for Easter a year later. Looks like you all had fun doing this remote pandemic recording!

Beautiful voices and music to our Lord's ears.
My daughter is in NY for study starting Fall this year. She goes to St Paul Church for Sunday mass. She used to sing for the chuch back in her home country in Indonesia and wish whether she could join the St Paul choir.

I run a choir that sings to those in palliative care. We are still holding virtual rehearsals but we haven't found anything that we are able to sing together without a lag. Are you able to recommend a software/app that would assist us in our practice?

Hi Elaine. Unfortunately the answer isn't a simple one. We haven't really tried looking for a lag-free sing-together solution per se, but from canvassing what's out there currently, there doesn't seem to be a front runner solution. For producing our virtual choir, we mixed the audio tracks (stripped from each individual video) in Studio One, and then imported the mixdown, together with video clips, to Final Cut Pro to stitch together.

@@ChurchofStPaultheApostleNYC , you all sounded so beautiful. It was totally worth all of your incredible efforts in producing this piece. I thank you so much for responding back to me. This technology is far beyond the capabilities of my wee brain so I will continue to use zoom in the interim. God Bless your choir and the service they provide.

I don't know if this will work for a choir, but my rock band members and I have been using a program called Jamkazam. It was free originally, but they started charging us in Jan of this year. Latency had been a problem until that point, but once we started paying, the latency went away. It is still a lot like dial-up internet, though, in that over a two-hour session. each of the four of us gets dumped off multiple times. Still, it has been a balm for my band members and I during the pandemic. Not sure it would be of much use for a large choir, but it could work for a smaller schola. Passing it on for whatever it might be worth.
