What a wonderful abstract landscape. So simple yet so painterly. I want to do something similar on a larger scale and will really try not to overwork or steer the painting. You really demonstrated how watercolors can do a lot to paint themselves and it’s always very satisfying to see a scene develop on its own by staying loose. Thanks again for another wonderful demonstration.
Thank you so much and glad it helped!

Beautiful! Love hove you you do that! It seems simple but you have lots of experience! ❤
Thank you 😊
Simply brilliant Karen! You’ve inspired me to cut another credit card (chose the AAA auto club first and I think it’s a cheaper, and thinner plastic, lol), and have a go at this a few times! I only tried scratching into the paper w/the AAA card. I’ve been watching your video’s using a card, and having had health issues that left me adapting to my much less steady hand’s, I’m so appreciative of any content like this and using a twig/sharpened brush tip! I still enjoy pushing my muscle memory too, so many thanks for all your hard work and dedication to us all and your channel!!!💜🙏😻

Hi, this tutorial is available on Patreon. I published it 18th Feb 😊🎨
This painting is so beautiful! Can you use canvases for watercolor paintings?
Thank you for your lovely comment 😊
You can use canvases. You need to prime them with a watercolour ground. Daniel Smith, have a good one: www.jacksonsart.com/daniel-smith-watercolour-paint-ground-118ml-4oz-transparent?channable=0044a5696400383938323953&___store=jacksonsart_en&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA8sauBhB3EiwAruTRJmMWa-BtZveaJpgoc79cxBD7P2i-_zboVxYVAkJgBY7BbUzQpChcbBoC9-UQAvD_BwE
Karen could you give me the name of your sketchbook I can not find one that work nice. Thank you so much I always enjoy your tutorials 🤩😍

Thank you too!
Very taste
Thank you 😊
How do you get the paper to flatten out after painted.... what paper are you using?
I mostly use watercolour gummed blocks, which help with keeping the painting from buckling. I also
recommend 300gsm Cold Pressed watercolour paper 100% cotton A4 or bigger.
Hope that helps? 😊
Thank you very much ...I will have to try this.....
😮❤
