Mine bucked me off bc of alligators in the water which hadn't even touched us. It's also very tiny, Arthur and John kinda look goofy/silly when riding one, especially in combat or when next to a gang member who's riding a bigger horse, it makes Arthur/John look like he's riding a pony. They're low tier war horses but high tier race horses

And it's dumb too, i was hunting for a Mustang but then I accidentally scared it off without studying it. And I wanted to chase it but it took 17 seconds for my red Arabian to find a way to me. And I lost a good horse BC of that.
@@ZimPlayGametbh if you're playing single player, speed stats don't even matter. You won't be racing much. They matter in online BC of the various activities but they don't matter in single player. For single player just get a reliable decent or good horse that will stick with u till the end.

there is no hidden bravery stats in horse. Rather it's random behavior. I test it with almost all breeds of horse in the game. In my test arabian sometimes buck you off and sometimes don't and all other breed acted same like that. horse bravery is just people's bias thing.
the only things i dont like about arabian is the size...they are very small...when ride with camp mate we can see that arthur was like riding a donkey :D
I find it odd how so many people rank the Arabian tops. Just because its the most expensive doesn't make it the best. Its skittish, ridiculously small and will buck you off quickly. Missouri Fox Trotter & Turkoman are the best two in my humble opinion. I always get the Missouri Fox Trotter during the Albert Mason mission by emerald ranch and scoop up the gold Turkoman to mix it up when it unlocks in Saint Denis.

Overall though, there isn't a best horse, there are about 4 of 5 top horses, which one is best depends on your play style. If you're a hunter an Arabian would be the last horse I'd choose, but if I want a fast agile horse, sure . . . Arabian.
Turkoman is a badass horse. I got a mare in perlino and named her after my sweet little pet rat who has passed away. Gave her a little braided brown rat tail.

I lov the buckskin american standardbred, and sooty buckskin dutch warmblood, they just feel strong and dependable and are about the right size, in my opinion the arabian and morgan look way to small for arthur, and the cart/war horses look way too big.
