Babe this technique is wrong by that u getting a messy curls .. so u should not twist the strand or the section of your hair before use the curling iron that will doesn't work .. first put the curling iron from the root or wherever you want to start curls from and then twist the iron with your hair downward ( twist it to the front of your face if you want the hair in the front or opposite if u want it to back) I hope that will help 💙

You shouldn't twist your hair while curling it,,, it's not the correct technique. Also, after releasing the curls, try to twirl/twist them with your fingers... it helps in letting them stay for long.

The method which you showed is a wrong method for curling hair
The process should always outwards i.e away from the face it will give better results.. rotating the curler inwards looks sort of shabby you should be sure of the method and then upload a video otherwise you gave a nice review about the curler
