Wow cool new machine to get body piercing done fast clean neat and effecient....✌️
Really awesome technology. I need that one for my personal project.
Is the discoloration around the holes due to localized heating? I was under the impression there was no heat build up, or a negligible amount anyways.
Great quality, what kind of consumables does use this machine? Water is for removing the material or for proyect the Fiber Beam?. There si not damage in lents with material proyected in cutting process?..good video, good tecnology
where can we order this machine?
But now you have to tap them...
Lol, it'll chew through conventional taps like nothing. What I'd do tho, is to custom order 3 reduced OD and 1 standard OD forming taps. And then I'll align the holes with the spindle in a manual milling machine, which has a tapping tool chucked to it. Then I will carefully turn the taps by hand one size after the other and then repeat for all the other holes. Tedius, yup, but if you could get paid good for doing it why not?
@@hyphen2612 I think a pusher/gun tap would work a bit better since they're through-holes, but stepping the sizes down would probably be necessary as you say. I've hand tapped some really tiny holes in really tough material in my 17 years as a machinist (0-80's in titanium is _loads_ of fun, especially when the part costs over $10,000 each and has 15 0-80 threads and is scrapped by a single broken tap😳) and found that pusher taps are usually the strongest type, though roll taps are best in a few different applications with certain materials.
I wonder if there is any surface hardening inside the hole walls from the laser, that could complicate things. Nickel alloys can harden like a bitch...
I wonder if you could drill pcb's with a smaller version of this. Something for the benchtop.
🤔 it might be possible. Thanks only reason why is because the water. Its very difficult to cut G10 with laser (what PCB are made of) due to it being a composite material of fiber glass and epoxy the laser just melts the glass. But having the water, this may change the dynamics.
Edm is way faster than than . You can do that in 10 sec for 0.8mm hole
Would you please allay what is the smallest hole size this machine can make?
What’s the smallest hole 🕳 you can drill through nickel in this situation? 0.5mm? Tolerance?
Regane piro ? How much does it cost ?
Can this machine be purchased?
I drill .020 micron holes all day long with a femtoaecond laser. +/- 0.002 microns
Can you drill 0.13mm hole?
As it says in the description of the video the smalles hole diameter is 0,30 mm. If you want to drill 0,13 mm holes I suggest having a further look in the micro edm drilling machines such as agema or sarix
Hi, do you have any representative in India?
Woy tolong jawab, ini laser atau water jet
I know it's pretty randomly asking but does anyone know of a good place to stream newly released tv shows online?
@Axton Heath I watch on Flixzone. Just google for it :)
@@axtonheath8170 gak bisa bahasa ingris
@Brysen Cristian definitely, been using flixzone for since march myself :)
@Brysen Cristian thank you, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there =) I appreciate it!!
0.5mm
