材料:1把米粉、2只sotong、1条鱼饼、1小块猪肉、20克鲜虾、1把包菜、1根去籽辣椒、1颗洋葱、4瓣蒜、1把疯柑叶、3勺tonyam酱、少许清水、少许香菜
1)把米粉泡软,sotong切圈、鱼饼&猪肉切片、包菜切丝、红辣椒切圈、洋葱切块、蒜切末
2)热锅热油,爆香蒜末洋葱辣椒,后再加入鲜虾、sotong、猪肉、疯柑叶一起翻炒,加入3勺tomyam酱炒至均匀
3)这时可以加入少许清水,倒入米粉&包菜炒至上色菜变熟就可以加入香菜快速翻炒出锅❤️
