I lived in Atlanta for 3 years. Below are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Winters are mild.
2. World's busiest airport due to proximity to most of the Eastern US States. Lots of flight options and cheaper flight tickets.
3. Georgia Aquarium
4. Indian communities and good school districts like Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and Marietta.
5. Job opportunities. Other companies that you missed include AT&T, Coca cola, BOFA.
6. Good Indian restaurant - I liked Madras chettinad in Alpharetta. There are lots more.
7. Lively downtown.
8. Smoky mountains
9. Six flags amusement and water park.
10. Public transportation is better than Columbus but not that big as CA or NY or Chicago.
Cons:
1. Summers are sometimes very hot. Even Atlanta was called as Hotlanta.
2. Crime rate
3. Congestion and traffic.
4. Avoid CNN and Coke. Not worth it.

Thank you bro for covering Atlanta. Video was very good. Just want to add that in Georgia, Alpharetta and Cuming are the cities we’re Indians live the most. Also Alpharetta is also good for Job opportunities. The best restaurant here is Hyderabad House in Sandy Springs.

Hi Bro. You can try Nalan for Tamil Nadu food. Bawarchi is best in andhra food. Mughals in Norcross is good Indo-Pak restaurant. Try it out 😃

My 1st visit was Atlanta, GA and worked in Norcross for short term and it's a good place like rural.
Witnessed a robbery & gun in late hours in downtown, it was a very close call.
Aquarium & coca cola spots are good, I spent almost half a day.

2. Gokul sweets (alpharetta near Patel brothers)
3. Shivam chat corner (when I am new to Atlanta just shivam grocery shopping complete panitu shivam chat corner povom)
4. Madras Mantra (famous for dosa)
Those what I mention is full and full vegetarian restaurants..

This video really touched me , I was in Atlanta for 4 years just moved out in this April 2022, literally I felt this city like second home , I almost felt cried while leaving city. But one real fact is now Atlanta property prices are spiked like rocket now it's becoming like mini California in the property cost this needs to be considered if any one intend to move.

Madras chettinad in Alpharetta is one of the best South Indian restaurant.. been going there for last 7 years and never disappointed with the food ..Another issue here in ATL is the more allergies out of trees and insects .. which needs to be watched for ..

Regarding international travel, Atlanta , Dallas in Texas are very comfortable. We need to take 3 flights from Ohio to Chennai (26 to 27hrs traveling hrs including waiting time). But in case of Atlanta or Dallas it is just 21hrs including waiting time. We won’t feel tired during travel. But regarding climate in Atlanta, I felt cold even on April.

To be honest I like your work which you are doing with all the videos, but your assessment about Georgia is I would say 60 to 70% wrong.. only 30 to 40% correct...so gave a dislike..
I live in Georgia for the past 5yrs...
Key cities in Georgia - northside: Atlanta, Marietta, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Cumming, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Suwanee etc..
All the above mentioned cities, Indians are densely populated,to my knowledge, Indians are densely populated in all the above cities except Atlanta.. Reason yes crime rate in Atlanta high and school ratings low.. but other cities mentioned above have low crime ratings and highly rated schools due to Indian population and diversified culture...
I would say please do little home work, before publishing any information..as many are considering your videos as reference point, so it might mislead...
Your perception in this video is like: Tamilnadu has only chennai.. all Tamilians are called as Chennaians...there are other key cities like Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai etc..
So GA do have cool cities other than Atlanta...

I won't agree that am from chennai instead I always will make sure to tell them there are other beautiful cities like Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy in Tamilnadu..and am proud coimbatorian, not from Chennai..
If you do take crime rates census in Tamilnadu, you will realize that in chennai crime rates might be higher than coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, erode etc..
Same comparison- Atlanta might have crime rates higher compared to densely populated Indian population like John's creek, Milton, cumming etc in Georgia...
