@@slashmuteall keep up the great work and i hope the algorithm favors you ( Your video was on my recommendations even tho i dont watch that many league videos)
I've been avoiding this game for about a decade now. I'm friendless and a loser, but I'm finally giving in to my urges. I feel that this game is sort of a necessary evil that everyone has to try at least once.
I discovered league of legend in 2018, i was 20 years old. It's a great game if you wanna invest some time and effort into having some strats and mechanics to play with your friends or even focus on improving your game sense by yourself. I wouldn't recommend if you're too sensitive or if it can get to you easily. Also don't stay on it too long, just one or two games a day max. I made some good friends with this game and i think everyone responsible and chill does so.
Every time I come back to this game, within the first 3 games I’ve been told to un live life more times than the amount of people who’ve been with my mother from Xbox live for 5 years
Tried it yesterday after not playing for 5 plus years, main ADC, saw my support perma push my lane just like in season 1, uninstalled faster than flash.
I started playing league about roughly 2010ish and shen was my first ever champion I bought with my in game currency, and he’s been my main since and I loved the energy system since then.
My biggest problem right now, truly, is that I WANT to get into the game, but every experience I have has been negative. I love the idea of the game, and have a few friends who play, but they're so far ahead that I'm already getting my ass beat, it'd be horrifically worse and ruin the fun for me even harder. How do I get past that?
Have you stuck with the game or given it up yet??? At first id definitely rely on finding a duo at the very least and then just as my channel name implies, type /muteall in chat! 😂
I stopped playing League 2 years and a half ago after 7 years of playing. But my friends kept playing, even today too lmao. And because of this, sometimes I feel the urge to play this game again, but at the same time something in me is like "this wouldn't be any better than when an ex-smoker starts smoking again"
I feel you man. You should give it a shot though just for the new game modes they have been releasing. They just dropped 2v2v2v2 arena today and its really fun
@@slashmuteall I may try just for the nostalgia But I'm not sure tho, my PC's memory is kinda busy because of other games. Anyway I'll think about that
I haven't played since 2016 and I really miss playing league with my friends, they kept playing and now I would like to return but It seems like a huge info dump I need to catch up on new items/champs/client feels so alien now.
The biggest problem for us new players is the simple fact that we are not getting paired with other new players. My first go I lost 18 games in a row, then some more and the game said I was worth Gold Rank. I AM SORRY, but this is the one time where I want to be at the bottom of the barrel! I have so much to learn. It is not fair for veteran players to have to put up with me, in my opinion. And it is not fair that I gave to face some lv 247 guy in my lane.
8/10 for me while playing with friends! I still feel too new to play against real people so im sticking with bots for now! I took a break from league bc learning is so draining but your video convinced me not to give up and give it another chance!❤
Keep it up!! For me, i learned to enjoy WATCHING league before even learning to enjoy PLAYING the game! Try to find a streamer or content creator that you enjoy watching as itll make improving so much easier as you will improve both while watching OR playing!!
1/10. 163 champions is simply absurd. i have put dozens of hours into reading wiki, watching guides and simply grinding. Still, i have constant experiences of being unable to make informed decisions because the number of heroes is just way too high. you get surprised, fall behind, your lane opponent snowballs and you have a useless experience for 20 or 30 more minutes because the time between you losing the game and the game finally ending is so long.
@@bigsmoke4592 I don't play League anymore but I did when I was younger and I can tell you that LoL isn't a game youre going to learn from watching videos. It's just not possible. It wasnt until after playing for almost 7 years that I made it into Diamond which back then was still considered trash and we had no Iron rank. At one point it just 'clicked', I'd have played all champions at that point to know all their skills and how to counter it. But that took YEARS, without any videos. Only guides I ever found useful were how to wave control the lanes. Other than that LoL is a game you need to play without worrying about the how's and the whats. It'll come with time :)
Never made it to gold but I had tons of fun back then. Then I got the feeling of the game being too repetitive so I moved on. The game is fun really. I just changed game genre.
As a returning player who played the game a decade ago, I hate the new shop, takes me infinitely longer to find anything in there. This is like when microsoft said windows is gonna become much more user friendly, and everything that came after w98 buried all the important settings under 50 layers of "user friendly" bs.
I started in 2012 when I was in uni. Been so long since I last played…. Maybe I should give another try, sadly I’m a max user, hopefully it’s smoother than before.
Simple answer is NO. The game is bad in general. Poor ballance and riot don't give a fk policy. You do play with 4 other randoms. Where at least one will be trolling inting or afking. So you waste 30 minutes in game and 1-15 in que. To get one troll who ruins the game to 4 others including you. I used to play it and I consider it one of the worst decision I made. Getting ranks is worthless, every time you rank up you keep getting same people. It feels like you are in gold even when you reach diamond. And if you dare enough to report a person for inting or trolling. You can get banned yourself! Yes I send the evidence at least 6 times and guess how many times they Ban the person. Yes a 0. I was told to stop and use the report system instead. Which gives the same result as contacting support. All it can do is it to Ban people that use bad language. So. Stay away as far as possible. It is not worth the stress.
wrong answer Dota 2 was better, but they started to copy the bullshit of Riot so it became shit actually worse then LoL, because they did nerf champions, the system of LoL is kills = damage, but dota is items = damage, so when they nerf champions no matter what you do it doesn't deall good damage in dota
League started to be so flashy that I couldn't play normally anymore as I used to play 3-4 and more years ago. It was so easy to play with the gold and silver and now I barely can stay on bronze. What is my problem? I feel myself too old for this stuff. I know that I play too rarely and it's kind of fun for me. But I don't have fun anymore, I'm just struggling
dont even start this game! its total shit now... broken champs broken items totally fct up game. ranked system absolute shit u probably stay in bronze 4ever

just started playing last night ive only got about an hour in and the learning curb and the dynamics of the game are absolutely not beginner friendly. for now i absoluetly hate it.
Installed it a couple of days ago and completed the tutorial + a couple of 1v1 bot customs, but I'm still putting it off. Seems like a really complicated and time-intensive hobby. Also no one to play with. I've played and enjoyed a lot of HotS back in the day, which is a lot more casual, with friends from WoW. This will be a far more intense experience, and without the people I like to play with.
