10:59 Dutch trying to get Dillon to shut up and let Jules talk 😂
i haven't seen it yet and i 100% agree whatever dillon said
This was at my Costco in Delaware for $57.99. It was a very nice bourbon that I would happily buy again.
Wow! Crazy that this even competes with cellar aged
Would be interesting to compare it to the Heart release!
Haven’t tried 2024 cellar aged, but out of my price range anyway. I’m very happy with the Lost Recipe.
I own both MMCA and MMLR, and hands down lost recipe takes the cake...aside from taste, but also affordability
All I can say for sure is, if that Cellar Aged was everywhere on every shelf I'd still walk passed it for $150.
How does the mocha compare to the heart release?
I definitely preferred it to the heart.
(Lost Recipe) Should have bought a back up. Great release. Even better deal. Brought to a bottle share when it was first released at Costco, everyone was impressed.
I tried Cellar Aged at a restaurant, and I left thinking it was utterly and hopelessly unimpressive. Honestly, it tasted like how I imagine regular Maker's Mark tastes (I haven't had the original in years though). Unless the restaurant poured me regular Maker's Mark instead of the Cellar Aged by mistake, then Cellar Aged just isn't good. It's sweet, thin, and tastes like hay. I'd take any Wood Finishing Series or Private Select Barrel over Cellar Aged every single time.
There is no way lol, they must have poured you regular makers, it’s super different from original makers. It’s dark, leathery, sweet oak, a bit of cherry. It’s a good pour.
Dylan's glasses were mixed up - had to be.
Dillon's mind was made up! I can't wait to see lost recipe around my parts; gonna stack it deep.
Cheers guys! Been a while....You should review some N/A beers and "spirits" especially given the trends and surgeon general announcement. More sober people coming up=)
Preach Dillon
You have a bit of a sound problem. Just enough echo to be noticeable and distracting. Sorry, audio is my hobby. This should not be too difficult to fix.
Yeah - unfortunately our first big batch of videos we filmed at the new set had this problem! I have an updated audio/mic setup that will hopefully fix this for future recordings. In the meantime, I'm working on improving it as much as I can in post - but it is still driving me nuts too!
Love your channel and content so much. But I have to say the new set is not really doing it for me. Audio is not focused sounding and the background is just kinda there. All love tho ❤️ keep doing your thing Dutch!
LR is better balanced for me over the cellar aged
