I was gifted an Alphashark strap that I ended up putting on my Bertucci a-2t and it has become my favorite nato strap. It has also made me love my a-2t even more than I already did. One other thing, I know you can order these straps on Amazon so that might help with the amount of Emails they send you.

im new to watches, and I love the way leather straps look. my first experience with a leather strap was from Hamilton when I purchased their khaki field day date. I hated the way that leather strap felt on my wrist, the way it hugged up on the sides of my wrist, with a bunch of open air room on the top n bottom, so I've only been buying watches with steel bracelets now. do all leather straps feel like how I just described, or did I just happen to have a bad experience with a company that just happens to have uncomfortable leather straps?

I think you might have had a bad experience. I don’t like leather straps either but I know people like my father who likes leather straps.
If it was a nato strap, that's why. A regular leather strap wont have gaps like that. It's my biggest issue with the leather nato on my khaki.
There are multiple ways of strapping NATO's which would solve ur complaint. I have about a dozen blusharks.
How's the length on these? Do they come in different lengths? Just getting into watches and one of the other brands of Natos was way too long.
Single pass is the way to go, double pass makes little sense since they do the same thing for security.
