    Namaste Nisha ji ye Lasoda ka acchar Humare ghar bhi banate hai Maharashtra main ise ' Bhokar/Bhokari fruit bolte hai Bahut healthy and nutritious hota hai kacche Lasoda ki hamare ghar Sabji bhi banate hai Lasoda ki veg or non -veg dono types ki sabji banati hai Or Lasoda ke patte (leaves) jo March/ April ( Chaitra mass / month) main naye naye patte aate hai ye patte hum ped se fodkar late phir patto ko barik barik ( fine chopped) karke jaise kothibhir (daniya) ki vadi banayi jati hai waise hi Lasoda ke patto se vadi Banate hai ye itni tasty and healthy, nutritious hoti hai one of my favourite sabji, vadi 👍👍👍😋😋😋😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏

    Hello madam , 1 query hai , kisi bhi aachar me moisture nahi hona chahiye but yaha toh aapne 10 - 12 din baad jab lasode kaanji se bahar nikaale tab lasode full moist honge na , toh aachar kharab nahi ho jayega ?

    Helloo mam ..Mene lasode ko 7-8 miut bad halke naram hone aur rang change hone ke bad near about after 10 hours lasode fule hua the tab masala dal kar agle din tel dala abhi 2-3 din ho gaye hai dhoop me bhi rakh rahi hoon magar lasode sukde hai jabki pehle bar achar dala tha tab lasode bhi phule phule the kya mera acar kharab ho gaya hai ya 8-10 din dhoop me rakhne par sahi ho jaye GA.?? Plzz mam reply zaroor kare.😇

      Nhi *MANYA RANA* & Achar m fafundi nami ke kara lgti hai. Achar ko banate samay aur uske rakh rakhav mei kaafi savdhaniya baratni padti hai. 1) Jis bhi container mei achar rakhe, vo uble hue pani se dhula hua aur dhoop ya microwave mei ache se sukha hua hona chahiye, Isme kisi tarah ki nami ya gandgi nahi honi chahiye 2) Achar ko hamesha sookhi aur saaf chamach se nikale, achar mei hath bikul bhi na lagaye

      *Ankita Goyal* ye aise bhi bante hain, inhein thode tel mein duba kar rakhna hai. Ye 10 din mein ghutli chhodhne lagenge. Aur bina kanji ke ye aise hi sikude bante hain. Kanji mein dube rehne se ye fule rehte hain.
