but i bet they will cheap out on that too
I personally hate QDOLED & MLA because both panels look like a dark gray with ambient lighting.. trash. The only compelling one to be is Samsung flagship due to the matte finish which still has that issue but I just simply like the matte finish. I’m hoping waiting instead of getting a clearance 83” G3 wasn’t the wrong move

It's not, check your settings lol

Help a brother out pls
I need an advice. A university student, I just bought a Xbox series X, but now I need a tv. I will play like couple of hours a day, or on the weekends only. Not that fan of movies but I will watch a movie once a month. I need a TV
Should I just get a $200-300 Samsung/ lg
Or buy QM7, U7N the 55inch ones for $500?
If it is QM7, u7N which one should I buy?
A Lemonade 🍋 Alright
Pls in 8k. I want my TV to be future proofen.
I am currently in the process of, do I purchase the 83” G4 at the discounted pricing currently or do I wait to see what will come with the G5.
Sounds to me there won’t be a major difference in any significant way. Per usual they will likely try to get a bit more brightness out of MLA, along with a new processor likely with more emphasis on AI upscaling.
My prediction at least. I doubt with the difference of the G5 it will be worth the cost differential between the 2 gens.
This begs the question in countries Samsung decides to F over your country ( mine probably ) what will be the difference between a S90F 83" and a S95F WOLED - not an F'ing lot unless something else comes to the table , like a SOC - so maybe different connections and different screen coating whoop de do - Branding is everything - wouldn't go near there mini-LCD a branding mess . Would they do this to their SSD pro memory cards ?? - Their Brand manager should be talked to . Least Sony marks their really average stuff B3
Its handled differently in some countries ive seen the models separated by size but the biggest indicator is in the final letters in the model name if it goes off last year’s formula, E = W-OLED from every example Ive seen
Sony just sold Bravia 8 as TV with XR processor when its doesn’t have any XR processor and it’s missing loads of features and setting’s compared to their premium TVs.
@@DisplayNAudioTech yeah saw that elsewhere - apparently not tied to processor just processing , so "techically " ok. I'm no Sony Fan boi - root kit on PC , removing paid for stuff off Playstation etc . All their weird proprietry codec .memory cards and other stuff to mimic photocopier companies . Probably less tainted is Panasonic or their Old National brand .
If the C5 isn’t MLA LG will have messed up bad this year
I just don’t understand how this is expected? LG needs to have division in their product line to create a reason to buy the G series, this is why until they advance the G to a different technology I don’t see it.
@ good point, I got a S90D and love it, but something about that LG 3D pop on the G4 is hard to beat even though it lacks QD the color difference is sometimes minimal in some scenes, but LG should listen to the ppl cause the damn near are begging for a MLA QD G5 or G6
@@TechWithKG The division they created makes sense $$$, but slapping it on only a gallery series is dumb. Maybe a D series that comes with a Stand in all sizes and that isn't so thin it has audible brightness pops would make more sense for more people.
wtf? Sorry I meant what the S95F?
sony rep told me 83 in a95l coming so samsung is a yes
What? Really? 😳😳
Probably 83 inch mla
That’s already a thing for LG G4.
@TechWithKG i meant 83 mla from samsung, woled
interesting they are in contract with LG Display for the W-OLED panels they use I wonder what if their deal could include that, I guess it is certainly in the realm of possibility especially if they end up having an S90F 83" they need to separate the two somehow.
so no pholed.
No its just from the lab, now they have to implement it into screens and production. They dont want to to overlook things. So at least a year further
@@masomaf Probably more like 3 or more years away honestly
@ we will see
g4 almost seems like the perdect rv wat can the g5 do
3k nits
What’s the chances of Samsung offering both a glossy and a matte finish on the S95F?
They’d be crazy to not do a glossy version this year, after the reviewing community basically had a consensus distaste for the S95D’s finish.
Thats the biggest question a lot of people have lets see how they addressed the criticism. I would say its not the consensus though the people that don’t like it are usually just louder. Some liked it some didn’t, they created an interesting dilemma for themselves.
F in the chat for everyone who buys a samsung 2025 with a woled anti-reflect😢
