I went back to full time work last year at the age of 65, after caring for my parents for 15 years. Basically I'm going to have to work until I drop down dead in order to maintain my house! But there's great satisfaction in going out there and taking part. We are resilient us women of age. Love you Jo. I don't usually comment but I always watch!

That's going to be me.. caretaker for my mom ten years now.. and been out of work.. I'm absolutely terrified the thought of re-entering the work force at my age...I'm afraid of my future... Re: house payments etc.. my " reward" for leaving my career to take care of my mom.. no regrets just major anxiety and stress. Fear..😔

I've even used water for Mac and cheese if I didn't have anything else to use.....just used extra butter! But oat milk and almond milk does work fine.

I’d also say an inspiration to the younger ones too. Jo has such “joie de vivre” she is undoubtedly a great example to which younger women can aspire. I simply love the way Jo approaches life (an example being the Carnaby “walking sign” - such style!) Way to go! 🥂

It made me also cry Jo , seeing women of a certain age living their best life , being included in chats , sheer luxe was truly inspirational to me and you are .I came on here to thank you and you were talking about it already please show your emotions it shows your loving and caring .Mature ladies feel left out and not included , you have given me hope that we will be included in fashion topics etc etc The menopause stigma will be eliminated and talked to in a positive way .HRT has changed my life , Diane is now back 😊we also have more spending power as we have money, now the kids have gone lol ❤love you loads keep up the good work

As for the sheer Lux, I did watch it and enjoyed so much. Watched a few more and was sadly disappointed.

The bank card chewing happened to me Jo with my Basset Betsy. Quite a laugh when I rang the bank for a new one. They asked if I’d lost it or had it been stolen when I gave them the real answer, the girl couldn’t stop laughing. Hi Jo and Myrtle. Thank you for making me laugh out loud when watching today’s video. When you pulled your cashmere skirt out of the oven, it was hilarious ! I can cook but really dislike the whole process but I’m so lucky as my husband takes on the role of house chef! I used Oatley when I was in England during the summer and I was so impressed. BTW, you were totally fabulous on the Sheer Luxe Show and I so hope we see you hosting there more frequently. Take care 🧡🍂🍁
