We were raised Sanctified and in a Singing Group The Heavenly Gospel Singers of Bessemer, Alabama. Mom taught us to sing off television and WEEN AM Radio out of Birmingham, Alabama. It's songs like this that return my memories to Bessemer and attending Dunbar on the North Side and then going to Carver (Bulldogs) before leaving for Chicago in December 1966. Mom and Bobby and Roxanne are gone on home now. Mom even returned to Reform, Alabama and She and my Dad got married and Dad is gone too. GOD BLESS!!!!!!
