Just bought the 2021 S63 AMG sedan, yesterday. Drive it around 8 hrs back home and was very comfortable. So far so good. Will be deleting all those chrome pieces soon.
8:47 Not dual clutch, it's a multi-clutch pack that replaces the traditional torque convertor. By the way, a dual clutch isn't two clutches neither, it has 2 input shafts instead of just one; one for odd gears, and one for even gears, which make for quick shifts since the odd and even gears are always ready. And DCTs require a multi-clutch pack, just like the AMG 9G MCT. It's like a combination of the ZF 8-speed (with 1 more overdrive gear) and the multi-clutch pack of a DCT.
These cars are simply amazing maintenance is obviously expensive compared to a Honda but otherwise they are perfect they don’t breakdown honestly don’t listen to the negativity comments
Too bad you didn't demonstrate how the vehicle, while in cruise control, can match decreased traffic speed and bring the vehicle to a full stop. It's scary and you have to trust the car, but it works very well. It's excellent for stop-and-go traffic, but from my experience, you have to set cruise control before you get below a certain speed. I have a 2017 S63 AMG and I'm considering upgrading to a 2020. But there's nothing wrong with the 2017 version either! Thanks for the review.
I do believe I actually own this very S63 now. Live in South Texas so the Sotto Zero tires were tossed out in favor of Michelin AS4. Sotto Zero a little scary above 100 on a hot road.

the chrome's been a staple on mercedes cars, even my w203's got em. its a classic, gives the car some characteristics imo, dont see why people like blacking out mercedes cars
You do know they make the S65 AMG ? And Mercedes-Benz has not used real leather in 70 years! I got a 2007 CL65 and the leather is actually breaking and tearing. I’m going with BMW Alpina next!

s65 amg is not just some direct upgrade, its a different car with a different engine and drivetrain. s63 and s65 dont drive the same at all.
