    Definitely a gorgeous looking car, but if I drive a 5,30m long car, I don't want to need a second car to get my luggage done. Performance-wise for a 2,6 ton car really good

    Two tips for modern Mercedes:
    For the pop-out handles, slide your finger across the top. The dimple is the touch area to lock the car.
    For Neutral, hold the shift lever in the middle position for 1-2 seconds.

    • @PrimeFxcus

      Sorry wdym by hold the shift lever in the middle?

    • @CSPhobos
      @CSPhobos Год назад +4

      @@PrimeFxcus with Mercedes the shift lever rests middle, but if you pull up or down, you can feel a bump. If you hold it before the bump for one or two seconds, it shifts into neutral. It’s like using the turn signals and bumping instead of fully switching them on. You slightly move the turn signal and it blinks 3 times only. With the gear lever, it’s the same action but holding for a second or two.

    The regular S-class has definitely grown on me (apart from that stuck-on tablet, IMO that's just not gonna cut it for a flagship) although I have to say the W222 looks more classy.
    BUT, when it comes to the AMG mosel, I think the facelifted W222 S63 is better. Similar straight-line performance with better driving experience (it's a lot lighter, no regen braking, no torque vectoring, etc.). As well as an actually useful trunk.

    Instead of comparing it to a GT 63s E it should be mentioned that it cost like 1/3 of a Flying Spur. I think it's a good thing that Mercedes and AMG doesn't do the exact same car in just different sizes, like Volvo. Player 1 can really choose character (and also Player 2 in this case).

      Not really, the old S63 was also faster than the S65 with the V12. For the following reasons, among others: More weight, no all-wheel drive (no space at the front, at least on the predecessor) and at least another 200 kg more weight and the old 7-speed gearbox (the 9G couldn't cope with the 1000 Newton meters of torque) simply makes absolutely no sense. yea tbh the trunk space is a deal breaker for me. Was hoping maybe they would leave an option to have a 63 without the hybrid system. ill stick with my 580

    just a suggestion: don't use a very wide angle lens attached to your fore head. It distorts the shape of the car, and it bounces around a lot thus distracting even more from the car's overall looks.

    Driven one already, the button for the sound is so damn fuc***. You turn it off and it actually closes the flap in the exhaust too, so it doesn’t burble outside and everything is muted unless you rev to the limiter. BUT YOU CAN’T CONTROL the flap separately - which means fake sound and burbles outside or no fake sound and no burbles outside. PLEASE AMG do a proper fake sound switch!

    I'd truly rather have an S580. I prefer the looks and it isn't so ostentatious imo. The AMG is a bit too "Dubai". In an S-Class, I realllly like having the hood emblem sticking up; only certain cars can pull off that styling these days, and the S is one of them. It feels so regal and majestic overlooking the hood with the three-pointed star in view at the front of the car. 😁 Anyway, the 63 is obviously an extremely nice car, but I think I'd just stick with my Diet Pepsi. (Or get a two year old Alpina B7 🟩🟩🟦🟦 )

    It's better than GT63s E Performance if we're talking about the combination of petrol and eletric system
    Weighting the same as a G63 and performing like that... out of this world
    This car is great, for now I believe is the greatest car ever made: It's luxurious, pratical, daily, semi-sport I'd say because you won't drive this like an M5 or GT63s, It's sooo beautiful and powerful
    What else could you want? And can reach +320kph I believe, without the limiter ofc
