Wow! I’ve been driving home from carpool with my mouth hanging open, listening to you describe me to a T! I didn’t think anyone else in the world was like me! The self deprecating behavior that you describe is right on target! I am 59 years old, thrice divorced and a single mom of 3 amazing kids. You have completely changed my life and started my journey to really give myself grace and build self-confidence! You are an Angel! God bless you and your beautiful family!

Is it divine intervention that everytime I think of something I need to work on, boom you’re on my feed with that exact subject?
    I think so yes.

Absolutely love how Mel breaks down the importance of a morning routine! Starting your day with intention and positivity really sets the tone for the rest of it. I've been incorporating some of these elements into my mornings, and it's made a noticeable difference in my productivity and overall well-being.

This solves the issue for those of us that can't "jump up" each morning". I wake up many mornings with a migraine so can't "jump up". I have to wait until meds kick in before moving. I was instead waiting until I felt better and then started my routine. It has worked because I work part time from home. However, I didn't even cross my mind to do as much as possible the night before when I never have a migraine so I start a little ahead of where I normally am.

I agree with what you say. I have 4 children. Mel , you need to have help at home. The kids need to pick up their dishes and put them in the dish washer . Their back packs prepared and zipped placed by the entrance door.
Kids should help folding clothes when out of dryer.
Thanks for your video did raise alarms in my brain!!!!😂

Oh my gosh I am laughing SO hard right now about all the alarms! I tell myself I have to because I get distracted and then I'll be late. However, it IS very annoying to my fiance AND myself lol. 6:30 I get up, 7:30 I get ready, 8:30 I leave for work... then I have alarms for UPS and timers for time with each dog (we have four and they don't all get along) You should also see my calendar LOL I also waste every night away and it's really sad. I come home, feed dogs, put pj's on, eat dinner and then pretty much sit on the couch flipping channels. I have depression & fibromyalgia and usually something hurts so I use that excuse knowing that if I walked the dogs instead of watching tv I'd feel better but I don't and then it's dark and I'm frustrated because I should've walked the dogs. And I continue to say maybe tomorrow... sad... and insane... doing same thing over and over expecting a different result. Thanks for all the vids Mel! Hope everyone has a great day!!

Love the message - spoke so much to my life. I do feel a little robbed that I spent 24 minutes on this and then not get any of the five suggestions without having to listen to the full show. Maybe I can jump forward in the full version to get to the meat and potatoes. But please know that I say this because I was so excited to hear the solution.😊

It sounds like your husband wasn't helping with all that house and kid stuff either. I do worry about some of your Comments about Chris. An equal partnership allows both partners to have rest time and hobby time.
