  • Welcome to another episode of Mental Health Multiverse: A podcast where we mindfully break down your pop culture favs and discuss them through the lens of self care, mental health, and personal development.
Join us this week for a roundtable discussion focused on the entirety of our second season which focused on Self Reflective Disney and Pixar animation.
For this episode, HB and LB are joined by three incredible guests, two of whom have been on the podcast before: Amber Gordon, Kitty Caveat, and Jamie!
Returning for her third roundtable episode is Amber Gordon (she/her). Amber Gordon is a clinically trained Marriage and Family Therapist who transitioned to coaching and Shadow Work in 2020. She is passionate about helping folks to be more trauma aware, ethical, emotionally regulated and practice compassionate curiosity. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her now-husband, her husky Freyja, Pittie mix Stella and Morkies Hugo & Remy. If you are interested in life or leadership coaching with Amber you can book a free connection call calendly.com/gordonofficial/f...
Returning for their second roundtable is Kitty Caveat (she/they)! Kitty is an artist, community mentor, licensed therapist, and author, who finds deep comfort and joy in all things multi-media. They have found solace in watching movies and connecting with diverse characters from a young age, and continue that legacy today in her freetime. Specializing in trauma recovery, Kitty knows the importance of having even a moment of reprieve and connection through film, and they are excited to join us as we explore some of our favorite cinematic multiverses.
And finally, joining in on MHM for the first time the newbie of the episode, we have Jamie (she/her). Jamie is a cosplayer and actress from the NYC/NJ/PA tri-state area. Through those avenues, not only has she been able to express her love of all things creative, but she's also been able to search within on a long journey of self-love. Being a strong supporter of all things acceptance and reflection, she's extremely excited to be able to bring that and her love of these films into a single space.
