So happy to hear you all love our math!
It has been such a blessing for both of our homeschools. ♥️
I love your honest reviews and just how genuine you both are. I haven’t begun homeschooling yet but have been in research mode and the typical reviews and day in the life’s on RUclips are overwhelming… until i came to your channel. You are like a breath of fresh air when I’ve been drowning in the sea of information. I feel like i am looking for similar things in a curriculum as what suits you as far as needing guidance and structure. My children seem similar to yours in there needs as well. I would really like to see an “in hindsight” video where you, knowing what you know now, list which specific curriculum you wish you had used or if you had to do it again, what you would choose for each subject for each grade from pre-k to present. That way i can just choose those tried and true hits rather than wasting my money on misses. Thank you for being such a huge help in figuring out what direction I would like to go. You’ve given me back confidence on this roller coaster ride I’ve been on with my decision weather or not to homeschool.
@@shalimarcook5037 thank you so much! We are so happy to hear this. This video sounds like a great idea because if we could do those grades again we would probably have chosen some different curriculum. Thank you so much for watching. ❤️
Thank you so much for your honest reveiws and pics
@@elizabethsoteloandfamily4091 thank you for watching ♥️
I highly suggest finding a grade of CLE Bible that works for multiple kids. I love Grade 3 for grades 2-5. We do it together and each student has their own LightUnits. I highly suggest this with the Teachers Guide.
Great recommendation. Thanks for suggesting it. Thanks so much for watching ❤️
New subscriber, love your style! Looking forward to more content.
@@BaileyAcademy welcome friend! ♥️
Thank you for the videos! I felt the same with MB and so we stopped using them....I've heard alot about CLE and looks really good!! Is the language arts spiral or mastery? I've heard that CLE math is spiral so we're planning to use Rod and Staff arithmetic actually, similar to CLE company but mastery method 😊
@@KikiP-rb8no for CLE language arts to me it seems mastery. We’ve heard great things about Rod and Staff!
Thank you so much for your review 🙂
CLE is amazing, my girls love reading curriculum from them, also we do pentime cursive and its amazing 👏
We also use Master books, Generations curriculum , ACES, and Bible studies from Not consumed!
Thank you for watching! I love that curriculum line up! ♥️
My oldest used Masterbooks math when she was younger and we had the same experience with multiplication and division. She is now older and using Denison pre algebra but my younger two girls use and love apologia math too! It is so great!
We’ve heard great things about Denison math. Apologia is great we love it! Thanks for watching. ♥️
Thanks for sharing; I enjoyed seeing the hits and misses. We've been doing CLE math this year and I was strongly considering CLE language arts for next year and your video is definitely helping me lean in that direction. I didn't catch the name for the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry unit. Do you have a link? Thank you.
We’re so glad you enjoyed our video. CLE has been a blessing in our homeschools.
The science is from Etsy by TheMomsLoft.

@@WyldCamellia Thanks!
Do you do all the activities in apologia math? I find them to be a little overwhelming. But wondering if I skip them if it will be ok?
Yes absolutely sometimes we skip them. They aren’t the actual lesson just an opening hands on activity. Do whatever works for you and your child ♥️
Thank you for sharing. I’ve heard lots of positive things about Christian Light Education for reading and language arts. What was that science curriculum again? Can you share a link to that?
We LOVE Christian Light Education! We use Little School of Smith's Science and History. You can find her on instagram and here is her website littleschoolofsmiths.com Thanks so much for watching!
My third grader loved Nose Tree too! We've had similar hits and misses. Next year I'm diving deeper into CLE which I've wandered away from for the last two years....which was a big miss for us overall😂 Should have just stuck with what worked
CLE does work really well. We are loving it so far. Yeah, it’s all about trial and error and seeing what works. Thanks so much for watching! ❤️
I love your honest reviews 😂
Thank you!!!
Please tell me where you got the science curriculums
We got Me and My Amazing Body and Me and My place in space from Little School of Smiths littleschoolofsmiths.com
And the animal husbandry we got from Etsy

At some point you have to stop blaming the curriculums.. just stick with one curriculum. As someone who has been doing this for a while, there’s HUGE benefits to sticking with one curriculum to avoid a lot of gaps.
I did the same thing and I ended up to my ears in curriculum and now we went back to the good and beautiful because that’s what my daughter liked a lot and you can learn through anything our kids don’t need to know everything at once.
@@amberslilrose3954 I agree to an extent if a curriculum isn’t working for the child I would recommend switching things up for a better learning experience. Every family and every child is different, and that’s the beauty of homeschooling.
@@WyldCamellia The beauty of homeschooling is that you can switch up what you need to, when you need to. Education is not one size fits all. I applaud you for being excellent teachers and mamas and being in tune with what your children need. You are years ahead in wisdom of those who may have been doing it longer but aren’t flexible and intuitive.
Thank you for sharing your journey with us! 🩵
@@homegrownarrows thank you so much for your kind words! ♥️
We love cle!
It is the best!
