V e r y well done, presentation! Astonishing collection. I ve not seen Colts in such shape. I can relate only through my sizeable collection of Authentic Colts and many decades of passionate interest. Practical interest. I operate/maintian mine historically.
Holy crap! (Picks jaw off the floor!) I am definitely most impressed with the 1860 Army. It is near perfect. The 1851 is even more amazing since it is close to near mint. You see a gun that old looking that good with all original parts.. I am absolutely speechless. That one looks so good that it looks like it just came right from the factory. Those have got to be the best condition 1851 and 1860 in existence. I can not imagine them ever looking better. They both have all the bluing and are still glossy and new. Had to have been Generals or other very high ranking officers that had these and never used them but maybe once or twice if that. They were given as presentation guns in recognition of service probably, then put away in favor of a different gun. Truly amazing sight to behold those two. The only tragedy is that they won't be in a museum for everyone to see and experience what a brand new original Colt 1851 and 1860 Army looks like.
It would be cooler. If you showed the guns the entire time while you're talking. Instead of you. Ain't you selling them. So, why are you taking most of the camera time up?
