If this was anyone other than Myron, I would say this is completely fine for someone just trying to stay in good shape. The whole bodybuilding arena of social media has become way too critical of everybody for 90% of people getting in the gym and doing anything regularly is going to be enough to get 95% of the positive benefits of working out….now for the other 5% who are going for aesthetics i’m trying to sculpt a specific physique then yes you should listen to all these bodybuilding content creators but if you’re not going for specific physique and you just wanna stay in relatively good shape throughout life just be consistent and don’t put too much heavy stuff you want range of motion general capabilities to high don’t wanna be super strong on benchpress, but can’t really even touch your toes or do anything else like run a few miles etc. ideally everybody should be training like a soccer player if health and capabilities and longevity is the goal.

I don't get how people can work out in long pants or long sleeved shirts. Your sweat is all over your clothes (and they aren't even clothes your supposed to sweat in), you overheat much quicker, your skin can't breath and you can't brush off sweat with your towel. I don't geddit.
They went to get food after this workout too so the mustiness only accumulates. I’ve met a number of people (especially girls) who go to the gym and then stay in those clothes for hours after.
