There was a 'clarification' about 5-Yard Broken String Night (though they NC PPSB, CJETS, CJS, DOJ) continue to WILLFULLY REFUSE to 'put it in writing'. Both (cops and security): Flashlight OFF during the reload. LE/Cops: Optional for the "last two support or non-shooting hand only".
