Thank you RSAF for safeguarding our skies with calm and collected judgment and tactful control instructions! You will always bring order to the chaos, using your multitasking skills to help our aircraft take off and return safely and expeditiously. Happy ATC55!
Must really appreciate what the members of the SAF do for Singaporeans, especially the Rescue 10 Squadron. Wishes all at Rescue 10 a safe flight, every flight. Everything, you are in control.
This is a well balanced storyline depecting the best of team excellence as Air Traffic Controller and Pilots work together to have a safe and sounds flight path for others. Nicely fone on the RSAF short film 👏
Well done Singapore in depicting Search and Rescue Team of the Singapore Air Force. A truly a Professional Air Force to be reckoned with. The SAR team truly a professional team, thoroughly trained to handle any scenario. Proud of our Defense Force. Assures Singaporeans like me that our Air Force is Second to one in the World. When I was in my late 20's in the 1980's I wanted to join the Singapore Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller after my 'A' Levels. For some reason, I did not take up the offer as an Air Force Officer. Eventually I took up the offer to be a teacher, still proud to have contributed to Singapore Society in another way.
This video brings back so many wonderful memories! It reminded me of the challenging journey from ab initio training to earning my CAT A-definitely not an easy path. Tengah Approach’s ‘never say die’ spirit, the camaraderie, looking out for one another, it was all so meaningful. Kudos to the amazing people who created this beautiful video. Thank you for capturing the essence of our ATC community!
As an Indonesian I approve of this. Our rescue chopper would probably crash in this situation, or they won't go at all because they're not paid by the evacuee. The ATC would also probably be some intern paid below minimum wage and working 2 jobs with 20x the workload of the ATC here, and would probably miss the PAN PAN call.
real radiotelephony sound bite is not like GSM call. the director should have used a pair of walkie talkies from the air base guard house for this film
bravo rsaf, the storywriter is amazing, from the uneasy feeling I had when the heli lost connection, to the relief and reveal that vanam was the fisherman lost at sea🤌👍
"Oi, you guys are not following my instructions!" - words every ATC would love to yell? 😂
Me: What runway? E.g, 27R, 27L, 9R, 9L,
I like how this was liked by RSAF

At the same time as they silently carried out duties as a soldier, I felt that they were also ordinary someone's family. thank you!🫡

Thank you RSAF for keeping our country safe. I am sure a lot of Singaporeans appreciate it as well.
Thanks for RSAF for safeguarding our skies and the civilian controllers at CAAS for the aircrafts to take off and return safely and expeditiously!
Our Air Force, ABOVE ALL!
Salute to all our ATC officers operating in the Singapore FIR - thank you for your service and keeping our skies safe!

RSAF I need that jacket

Should send the director for a flight sortie...
we used to send the best ground crew of the year for a joyride, of course it’s illegal and with a vomit bag.
