I'd love to see you try this on outside drift. It seems like high handling would allow you to take tighter turns than normal so you can charge your mini turbo quicker.
u should test everything again at 200 cc... and after that, compare it to 150. also everything without items /coins

You should probably mention this is only max handling for ground, not the other terrain types.
Baby Peach + Biddybuggy + Rollers + Cloud has max ground, air, AG handling and more traction.
For maximum water handling (who would ever want this?) It's Streetle and Peach Parasol.

The min/max vids are really interesting! I'd love to see more combos that maximize/minimize other stats, but I know you've already covered most of the major ones. Maybe do one video that more briefly covers other stats? (e.g. traction, weight, size, acceleration)

Handling is super important on 200cc. Playing 200cc Grand Prix is what made me learn and love inside drift.

I'm not a MK8D player (I don't own a Switch - yet), but I love your videos. I've learned a lot of things about Mario Kart in general, and I just bought batteries for my Wii so I can play MKW and apply the things I've learned thanks to you in online multiplayer. I know a lot of the mechanics are not the same, but well. Tysm 😭✨

I had problems with handling properly and i like a good mini tubros stat so when i was picking a better main i remember this. I currently main on baby peach, that bug cart, rollers, and paper glider. Absolutely love the combo 🤝❤️

I would say the handling stat can be really important. On 200ccm. Not that much on 150ccm though, I'll give you that. But my brother and I play 200 exclusively and if I use a combo with bad handling, I can really feel it

pipe frame with leaf tires is my go to combo myself. I just tend to do really well with it.

Could you do a video on the best angles to get mini turbos? Because I know there’s an optimal angle to hold the stick to get the fast but I have no clue. Plus your good at explaining stuff like that
I will one day! The angle is just under 45 degrees. Imagine going full left or full right is 0 degrees. You want to point the stick at around 40 degrees upwards from there, just under the diagonal.
This is the angle to hold when you sharpen/tighten your drift. When relaxing your drift to a straighter line (shallow turn), you want to hold fully to the side.
For example, on excitebike arena there are only right drifts. So you'll always want to hold under the top right diagonal, or full left.

I was experimenting with what combo I wanted to use in MK8 deluxe (because I don't always like conforming to the best combo in this game for some reason) and I found this!
Small Mii
Master Cycle Zero
Azure Rollers
And the paper Glider
I have a feeling that this is a Top 5 combo at least, and I think it's even better on 200cc.
You need to check this out because the stats look actually insane
compared to the meta combo that one is only better in traction and invincibility and the same / worse in every other stat, with 3 points less speed for the same miniturbo. the light characters just don't have enough of a miniturbo advantage over the medium ones to make up for their huge lack of speed on the current patch unfortunately, but if you like them you should still use them
Yay I'm aware, thats why I think it's better for 200cc, and for players who are more casual I guess, Because it makes tracks like Neo Bowser City a heck of a lot easier.

The waluihi stadium races are always the highest stakes and most tense races to watch
The biddy buggy combo you use is my number 1 go-to with king boo. He's a light-heavy and the handling and mini turbo make him better than yoshi/teddy IMO

virgin ninja hideaway shortcut that other people can open for you but closes instantly without warning vs chad hyrule circuit shortcut that other people can open for you and has a visual indicator of when it's about to close so it gives you plenty of time to react and go around
