If his demeanor in court and posts extend the time to seat a jury, all court costs and arrangements needed to separate jurors and potential jurors from Trump such as maybe 1 one glass screens should be paid for by Trump since his behavior incurs those costs

Yeah, Trump thinks you get an unlimited number of "strikes'...in which case a defendant could delay a trial forever, which is, of course, something Trump also thinks is a 'right'. This is a guy who claims he knows all about the law.
There are several ways to avoid the disclosures of juror personal information. Excluding the press during jury selection is one - yes, it is a public forum but the court could exclude them during the selection process. This is risky however, since First Amendment challenges would be filed immediately. The better option would be to consider all information provided by the jurors to be “personal and confidential” so that each juror would be individually examined out of the presence of the public behind closed doors. This is a common and acceptable practice whenever personal and confidential information is disclosed during coir dire.
