36g(2Tbsp) Ground garlic
16g (1Tbsp) Honey (can be sugar)
1g (1Tbsp) Parsley

140g Mozzarella cheese
✤ Before Baking
Room temperature egg water
✤ After baking
10g (1Tbsp) Melted butter

Do not add milk all at once, but add it while watching the state of the dough.
(The amount of milk varies depending on the humidity of the kneading day or the type of flour)
If your oven does not have a fermentation function, put a bowl of dough in warm water to ferment it (about human body temperature).
