Rules for the tower:
1. Each operator(except vigil) can be used only once per stage
2. All operators must be e1lv1
3. No 6stars (except vigil) are allowed
Yeah he's pretty bad here. Wolves are too squishy and he can't do any damage. But playing e1lv1 5stars was actually very fun. I'm still working on Muelsyse one and have some ideas for other towers. Also: IS-7 and IS-8 are much harder compared to last 2 stages. In IS-7 top lane spams with arts archers, IS-8 spams with million elites.

Tbf i think at least half of those 4stars can be replaced with 5star variant like Myrtle with elysium or deepcolour with scene, I just wanted to save as many 5stars as possible, tho yeah it would prob be better titled as "no other 6stars" or something
