Classic TOP. This live version really takes off! Can't seem to stay with it in certain areas. By the end it is cook'n !!! lol! Their singer is STELLAR!
Beautiful playing Kevin. You should have called TOP when David retired. It would take me a month of Sundays to transcribe a tune like that. I know you don't do that, and there is a lot of Kevin in there, but what you played is perfectly suited to TOP or any groups who you do a play along of for that matter. Really nice.
So cool!....great job as always! Would love to see some Carter Beauford (Dave Mathews Band), also an open-handed player; Ants Marching in particular. That's a tune with wicked drum parts, lots of notes, and fills to satisfy a drummer's wish! Just a suggestion (request) if possible. Thanks for your videos!
Thank you. Ha ha ha I thought the exact same thing when I saw that. Then I realized when I put the drum head on the drum usually I have the logo on top with the strainer mechanism on the right hand side.

Thanks Don. Yeah, that would be my dream band.

You play the funk grooves so well! Side note: that upside down Remo logo on the snare head is bad for my OCD...

@MM
How about playing lefty on a (modified) righty kit? 🤯 Kevin’s amazing!!
Thanks! Yep, I’m a lefty
