Theres one thing that shouldve been mentioned...if theyre using a desktop that doesnt have a webcam/ microphone, they will have to purchase one, and make sure both the webcam and mic are configured in settings. Being elderly, they may not know this.
Thanks for the presentation. There is no pick up phone during incoming calls even when I'm signed in. I already made sure Focus Assist was off in Windows 10 and made sure to allow calls from all and not only for contacts. I can call out though. What could be the issue?

I can't get the picture on the screen and its too complex to sign on - with all the letter coding and special numbers needed... think I'll just un install at least that will get rid of my frustration.... which is probably coming through this message - Sorry - I just had to vent!!!
