I have never seen the clove hitch knots tied this way...not having to cut the rope is brilliant

I made one with white and brown jute, I love the pattern. I also shared your link with my macrame group on fb, so they could see how nice yours is with the right cord!

This is super cute but make sure you know your state and local laws before hanging anything in your car, it counts as an obstruction and can be fined in some places

Even after I comb or brush my bottom part, it still looks all twisty. Suggestions on how to make it lay flat like yours did?

It takes time! You have to keep brushing! I edited the video and cut out most of my time spent brushing!

Keep brushing!! And use single strand cord! I have to brush for a long time to get this look!

Thank you for teaching how to make these! I love them!! What size cotton rope did you use? I’ll be buying it from your shop!

I used 5mm for the main natural base and for the accent color you can use either size 3mm or 5mm

What brand pet brush do you use? I can't seem to find the perfect one!

I use one that doesn’t have a brand but I’m going to start selling it and put my brand on it! Check out my website @ HolmMadeMacrame.myshopify.com and sign up to my email list to be the first to know when the brush is available!
