    I really love Nathan Miller's Legend of the Jaguar Shaman (Art & Fable). Thank you for sharing that one with us. I like cats both wild and domesticated. I have an Anatolian 1500-piece puzzle entitled "Egyptian Queen" by artist Jan Patrik (a/k/a Jan Patrik Krasny) that depicts an Egyptian Queen with her three leopard companions.

      @persnicketypuzzler window shopper is in 1000 and 1500 pcs the Music Room is 500 pieces (reg size pieces ) and yes she does children's illustrations and cards and wrapping as well. @@persnicketypuzzler Had a chance to complete "The Four Seasons" puzzle and glad you recommended it. While it's a bit thin, the puzzle pieces are very firm. The pieces fit well, but do need to be carefully moved when moving sections. I'd like to see the prong shapes a bit more distinctive, but only a few false fits along the way. Since it's 500 pieces, I think it fit well and expect it would have been a frustrating 1000 piece. Overall, for a custom puzzle, with a beautiful image and box design, I'm quite impressed. I'll enjoy keeping this one.
      My last purchase of a puzzle on Etsy was a beautiful image, but not a great puzzle, which was too bad. So I'm glad to see a good one! Thanks again for the recommendation! Love supporting artists.

      Hi Shannon!
      I have read the comments, and maybe it needs to be claified to your viewers in another way that these 5-part videos are artists that attract you, so many artists are going to be left out for that reason.
      Changing the subject, I'd love a review on that circular puzzle you got from a new-to-me company called VisseVasse, Autumn Feeling.
      Since you know I like Kandinsky, have you seen Yazz's Catinsky?! I just discovered it, as I am on the hunt for favorite puzzle companies., not artists. I look at high quality features, then the image. If I ever see a repeat of preferred artists, then I hunt those. I am not saying I don't care for the artists, oh no, it's just I prefer a high quality puzzle. In my family tree, there are 3 artists, but it's not me.

    • @persnicketypuzzler
      @persnicketypuzzler  6 месяцев назад +1

      @@bettyc.6280 Yes, I understand what you are saying - these are *MY* favorite jigsaw puzzle artists. There are thousands of jigsaw puzzle artists out in the wild, and I can't mention them all, so this is very subjective and it's about what I like. Thanks for pointing that out.
      VisseVasse is an excellent puzzle brand. I have done several of their puzzles and they are all wonderful.
      I have done the Catinsky puzzle you mentioned, and it is in my "keeper" pile. I LOVED IT! YAZZ puzzles is one of my favorite new brands that I discovered last year.

    Another interesting lot of images by your favourite artists. A little baffled as to why you showed so many images, eight, of Dean McAdam jigsaws. Some others had more than one shown as well. Not difficult to google artists to find out what jigsaws they have done. I've just found one by Jerrod Maruyama & Jeff Granito called Hope which looks good. Look forward to the last instalment of artists.

    • @persnicketypuzzler
      @persnicketypuzzler  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi PuzzlePiece! Maybe I am misreading things, but you seem unhappy with how many puzzles I showed of each artist's work. Did I show too many puzzles by some artists and not enough by other artists? I have googled *ALL* of these artists so I am very aware of what they have and haven't done, but I'm human and may have missed something, which is why I asked my viewers to chime in if they are aware of any puzzles that I am not aware of.
      I have seen the Jerrod Maruyama and Jeff Granito collaboration, but it is not one of my favorites, which is why I didn't show it.
      Thanks for watching and your comments.

      @@persnicketypuzzler Your love of artists is lovely but I felt that you went a little over the top with some by showing so many jigsaw images of some artists. With Dean McAdam you showed eight of his puzzles. With Steve Crisp for example I have 57 of his jigsaw puzzles in my list of puzzles. To some degree it is academic now as you just have one part left of your favourite artists. 🙂 I do enjoy watching your videos as they are interesting and informative. I've just started a Janice Daughters puzzle called Curious Creatures (Gibsons). I love doing puzzles and have been doing so for nearly 60 years.
