Yet another bunch of cold-callers who target older people, but appear reluctant to reveal their genuine company names beyond "Call Blocking Department". The Major deals with them in his usual manner.

Although these were probably automatically generated, if you get a call from one of these numbers it may well be a scam. Also mentioned was a helpline number, 0161 7111167; a number with one digit difference was used for scam PPI calls in 2018 and 2019 (who-called.co.uk/Number/01617....
