With this, Seuss Land, and all the new Minions stuff Universal has really stepped up their game when it comes to families with smaller children. Now that my own children are getting bigger it won't be long till I will hopefully be bringing grandchildren to Universal.
Can bring your older kids to epic universe, or maybe they can be bringing you now!

With how good the donkey and dragon puppets look, it makes me wonder what the shows at Epic Universe are going to look like.
The "Untrainable Dragon" show at Epic Universe is probably going to be revolutionary when it comes to in-park entertainment, especially if they utilize puppets/animatronics from the HTTYD live show.
Studios definitely need this after KidZone. However, I think they could have added one more ride. Maybe a mini drop tower with a small footprint or a spinning swing ride. But I know the main idea is to allow the kiddos to just run and play.

Great video. One suggestion I would make is including the ride height requirement for coaster so parents can know if their child is tall enough. Great work 👍🏿

Gave you a tons of kudos at discovery Cove for you being the one that got us to go there. That is such a hidden gem in Florida so thank you for your video because now we’ve been there twice.
That show looks amazing! If you go to universal and miss out on seeing ANY of the shows, you really don’t get the full awesome experience. So glad to see another great show! My kids are going to love it.

It’s definitely is a great update. It was needed since that area was just so dated and had not a lot going on.
We went and saw the land yesterday! That land was much needed and my daughter absolutely loved it. She’s a Dreamworks girly so being able to see Shrek, Donkey, Po, Poppy & Branch in one area was Heaven. And the new show is the cutest and everyone was singing and cheering. Universal is doing such a great job with all their new stuff

I'm honestly a little disappointed they didnt add a small dark ride, but maybe the space was the issue there.
Agreed I don’t the know the space constraints around this area but if they could have added a shrek or trolls dark ride it would have enhanced the area for sure.

Really hoping they eventually add more Gabby’s Dollhouse stuff to the area/parks. My daughter is obsessed and it seems to be an incredibly popular franchise. Would be a miss to only have a booth and a handful of merchandise to feature.

Universal adding playgrounds while Disney removing them. Just another way Universal is doing what its guests want while Disney ignores guests.
Meanwhile Disney is adding a brand new water ride and DreamWorks has poisoned water and rip-off character meets. Try again, Karen. (Also the Kung fu Panda land is literally racist soooo yeah ✨️)

More info Is that the new water ride is a Rebrand, I will say the Animatronics are amazing but seeing the state of Disney, 1 right doesn't make up 10 Wrongs, the "Poison" Water has just started Circulation, once the area officially opens the Filter will be Fully activated.

Amusing how parks reuse tried and true old concepts. Those singing frogs hark back to the singing Bedrock birds piano from the interactive area of The Funtastic World of Hanna Babera ride, now the Minions ride.

Wasn't expecting to be so impressed. The details. Glad Universal is finally including the younger ones in their target demographics. Myself, and I'm sure a lot of families couldn't bring their young ones here as there aren't many family rides.

Hope you’re not being bias because they wanted you yo come lol but Hopefully they have more characters you can meet and more interactive stuff because other than the coaster and new show there’s not much. In that heat, my son last like 15 mins in them play areas.
The theming could be a little better in my opinion (Harry Potter lands just set the bar) but for a quick turn around it looks really fun! Also Dev You got this video out quick!!!

I’ve been to kid zone maybe 1 or 2 times when it was around. It was fine, but I think this was an improvement. I’m gonna miss the waterslide, that was always fun. The show looks fun, troller coaster looks amazing, I love all the interactive stuff. Nice to see some love going to an area that really needed it after kid zone was there for so long!

Hello Pc Dev showing us all the cool stuff to do at DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios and wow what a awesome area
Seeing all of this takes me back to when A Day in the Park with Barney closed to make way for DreamWorks Destination, which would eventually pave the way for this new land. I am still so glad Woody Woodpecker’s Kidz Zone got this replacement.
And let me just say it, even though I’m being very very obvious here, that we should not expect to see How to Train Your Dragon in DreamWorks Land since it’s getting its own land in Epic Universe.
Great vlog! This new Shrek land looks so fun! Love all the water splash areas! The Shrek Pretzel and Donkeys waffles look good.
I wish Universal would put a Madagascar ride in the park or another dreamworks family ride to replace ET- this would make the land so much better
If they’re going to replace a legendary ride with a legendary and classic IP…I hope they pick an IP better than Madagascar…
I'm surprised with how much the park lacks any Madagascar and How to Train You're Dragon stuff in the park
ET is classic. I hope they keep it...but maybe they could put a Madagascar ride somewhere else at UO? I know How to Train Your Dragon is going in Epic Universe.
I went in April to Disney and universal w my siblings . THIS PLACE WASN’T UNLOCKED! WHY DIDN’T WE GO AT THIS TIME 😭

Great vlog! I enjoyed seeing the new transformation but I wish they could add more rides for the little ones. Kids will eventually get bored with just watching shows, not much playground, and splash pad. So Universal you did “okay” but not bad.

Everything looks great but hopefully they improve the merch. Seems so basic compared to merch at BoxLunch or Hot topic.

My kid is 9 so I'll probably enjoy this more than she will but I'm so excited for this! That green apple treat looks so good! I went earlier this week for the Butterbeer Popsicle that you showed us. I really enjoyed the hard outer layer but the ice cream in the middle was very gritty and not the best. Still enjoyed how it cooled me down a little though in that muggy heat! Anyways, WOW I'm really impressed with the new area! My question is, are they going to have this open during HHN? Play more into the swamp area making it a scare zone? 👀
