Yam Ring Recipe
Yam - 300gm
Steamed and smashed the yam
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1 tsp
Five spice powder - 1 tsp
Wheat starch - 100gm
Hot water 150gm
Mixed well
----------------------
Spare Ribs Marinade
Spare Ribs - 300gm
Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto - 1 tsp
Custard Powder - 1 tsp
Egg yolk - 1 or half
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mixed well and marinade for 2 hours and above

Sauce
L & P sauce - 1 tbsp
HP sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 tbsp
A1 sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Mixed well
(This is the standard recipe, please double the amout if you make it with yam ring)
