People sleep on Luthor Harke, his a beast. Having double regen makes him really hard to kill. He has normal regen and vampire in melee regen of 0.1%. So i think he has 0.3% total, makes him super tough to kill

Isn't coast still technically missing the ghost pirate that got lost up in the northern sea of chaos? Vangheist. I know he was under noct's banner so propably a hero, but easy enough to make him a LL and stick him anywhere on the northern hemisphere of the map

Dude that empire v greenskin match was IN-SANE. But that finals match was.... I don't know man, Nerexa is obviously one of greatest, an amazing player without a doubt, but what was that build? Even if he didnt want to use the OP units I feel like there were much better options. Does the fire damage do anything against slaanesh? Does anything heal?
Some units like N'kari can heal when units run and Sigvald regenerates, however that's pretty much it.
The mirror guard had a hard day, just let em vibe!

Funfact: luther harkon is one of, if not the most cost effective changeling form due to his mix of debuffs, self healing and silencing pistol packed into a relative cheap pricepoint.

We don't *need* unsummoning for basic units, instead we could just get a 3rd reinforcement army that becomes available during the late mid game. Would also add an extra layer to the building game and make the meta more varied.

Coast has so much potential for cool units. A ghost ship which i would have be on the ground floating around and shooting ceetinly would prefer it to be a mobile artillery peice vs the destroyers of chariot and rapid fire machine gun.
Another is a sea serpent or other large sea monster since their whole quest in 2 was to take control of the leviathan and while he is to big i think an upsized coutel minus wings would easily be at home among the roster. As for other units an depth gaurd with pistol would go hard and a heaveir mid melee infranty hybrid unit would be really cool somthing like lothern sea gaurd would fix many natural holes in their lines and give them anti large they can be worse offensivly but a better holding peice is desperatly needed within the roster. Also if we could get scurvy dog surfers that be cool to, they can be ghost themed as well, being a mix of ethereal unit for offense and being a glass cannon defensivly to keep the identity of coast overall intact. Also please more lord options. Give a ghoul king a hat and a pistol and done. Heck lord bloat who is nothing but a tank and cast spells but dies once he get low would be very funny as well.
Ghost Ships (non-flying, more like gliding over the ground, capable of a broadside ability.), Zombie Plankmen (A good pirate must always have a plank with them at all times. Bronze Shield and spear/cutlass? unit), maybe a single entity giant undead parrot? The Legendary Hero Vangheist as mentioned somewhere in the comments. If anyone has anything else, feel free to add!
No specific unit, but another ethereal unit would be nice, especially considering this is (currently) the only faction with a ghost lord.
Maybe a higher tier variant of hulks or another variant of the crab gunplatforms.
Lastly a undead variation of strelzy or armored cossiars (aka hybrid units) could be interesting.

You could do a final four challenge for slannesh. Bring sigvald and mirror guard in main army and they do nothing the whole game. Just admiring themselves.

How would buying strategic abilities for points work in PvP? LIke '500 to have the enemy plagued', or clanrats/doom mortars, skryre nukes, that sort of thing? (Kind of like magic items).
Big explosions against large creatures - they should have several 'impact points' so they can take multiples of base explosion damage if it's large enough.

Nerf Mirror Guard, the psychological damage they inflict is too strong
I think a big issue with Vampire coast is a lack of fast moving lords, only having the crab as a mount is decent..but its so slow. Luthor has a deathshriek, but isn't a caster. Count Noctulus has the necrofex that also isn't fast and a huge target. Just having even a horse mount or zombie steed would help alot, they have no ability to get around the map so makes Coast pretty awful in domination. Big reason vampire counts lords are so good they have good mobility and healing. They can use horse, or Hellsteed, or just a huge dragon. They all have the advantage of speed
Let's not forgot vampires also have good enough cavalry. Stronger magic options units that actually hit the thing they are supposed to (cannonades are just so awful despite being a big thing coast is meant to have among the best of)
The main issue counts have is honeslty an over reliance on heroes and lords becouse their roster is all melee. So huge spells just reliably put the work agaisnt them and they can't do much vs it. Coast has basically all the same problems but also lack reliable holders and cost effective ways of removing things without also having a major lack of other tools if you want speed your going to lack killing power and holding with coast. If you take holding power your going to lack effective armor peircing. And movement. It's just a harsh thing that coast is slow, not tanky and has many units that just don't do anything. Deck droppers are straight up bad in nearly all circumstances.

One change I would like to see. Chaos dwarf lords like Zatan the black have a train for a mount option. I can see it with eng lords of empire doing it
Flex Tournament - you get a gold bonus to your next round's match based on how many units you have idle in the backline the whole match, divided by the difference between your ranking.

Mortars and cannons of vc are jist terrible. I was trying in campaign, they cant kill nobody. Handguns not bad, Depth guard and mornguls. Thats all for vc. All other units are trash
lol those Kislev nerf suggestions would probably make a. kossars units borderline useless on that roster. People would just spam warrior mantide or tzar guard then.
Same with gryphon legion. +100 for an often at times situational unit?
Then there is Nurgle exalted heroes with LL stats and landship casually getting 3k value in most battles. Seryca didnt want to use the op stuff obviously.
Balance discussions on the discord also are not in favour of so many extreme nerfs for Kislev, I think you are not very fair there.
