Probably terrible if comparing to raw chicken breast considering most of these are already cooked and most of it can be made by buying raw chicken breast for much cheaper. Which is probably the reason he doesn’t add the price. This is a great guide for ppl who don’t care about the costs and don’t have time to cook/lazy.
Can buy 6 large chunks of chicken breast at Costco for around 25 bucks and I could make all of that myself. I’d rather buy a bag of frozen salmon than the smoked ones he bought for much cheaper and better value as well.
So overall I’m guessing this isn’t the guide to follow if worried about costs. Bulking doesn’t have to be expensive either tho, if you’d like I could list the cheapest things you can buy at costco if ur looking to bulk on a budget.

@@dmoon7818 Great input. Definitely going to be more expensive when purchasing ready to eat foods.
Opting for raw protein sources will definitely save you money. You just gave me an idea for future content.
Glad you brought up eating on a budget.
