This has proven to be intriguing. Although this video is roughly 3 years old I still find it interesting to watch. Seeing other sangheili stories be told are informative in my book. I still hope such content is around after the previous events in time.
Just finished Halo: Silent Storm. Nizat is such an interesting character. I can’t wait to get my hands on Halo: Oblivion to see how he ends up (probably dead, I’m sure, but you never know).
Why isn’t the Shipmaster not wearing a helmet or mandible guards? Where did the Elite in red armor not wearing a helmet, shoulder, or leg armor come from? What kinda Rangers use black armor and what focus rifles shoot orange plasma instead of blue? And what game does the Shipmaster get his armor from? Also I wish gold Honor Guards were canon!!!!
Well according to Troy Denning (both books author), the Fleetmaster’s armor was more ceremonial, designed for protection from an unanticipated attack rather than for combat. The Major wasn’t wearing armor for the most part because he was mostly onboard the flagship rather than combat. And the Rangers weren’t black, more like dark green, based on H2A coloration. And the focus rifles always shot orange plasma, and the Fleetmasters armor was simply artistic lesion. And golden Honor Guard is Canon. It’s the sign of the commander of the honor guards or perhaps his status as a Blademaster.
Covenant Canon Oh yeah nvm it starts out blue and morphs into a bright orange line. And that makes sense about the Major then. I love to see artwork depicting Sangheili civilian clothing. And really!? I thought only the silver/white armored Honor Guards were canon. That’s weird because I see no mention of them in Halopedia.
While Helios Guards did had a commanding presence witb Honor Guards, it seems to be only in combat. Seems Honor Guard Commanders are leaders of the branch within High Charity. Or, like I stated before, it could just be a sign of his status as a Blademaster
Females held political power and oversee family keeps on the home world and likely within high charity and other settlements. The males were the expendable and so they were sent to war to honor their family keep. The arbiter recruited females after the covenant to help in fighting their civil war. After that radical change, we are likely to see females in Infinite. We would have seen them in 5 if production time wasn’t rushed as it was.
*Thanks for having me back as the voice again!* 🥳💖
Most enjoyable! Fantastic artwork too!
Thanks mate! I knew that employing Lady Ahiru would make this wait worthwhile! I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Maccabeus? For next vid or the first Immolation war, against the Rh'tol skein vs vheiloth skein before they joined the covenant?
What a bunch of jerks. The Covenant need to lighten up!
Also, wonderful job on the voiceover and all that awesome art!
You’re the best, Covie Canon!!!
Thank you for delivering the magnificent lore of our people. You are truly talented, my brother.
Who did the artwork for this video, whoever it was did an excellent job.
LadyAhiru I think, if I go by the art style.
Correct. Her link is in the description
@@covenantcanon7970 she's an excellent artist. I've commissioned her thrice this far.
That she is
12:08 I want to know more about the Honor guard Commander so desperately... he looks cool
Well he is a Honor Guard commander so does that help
Yaasss more elite lore!!!
It’d be cool if you did a video series putting different Covenant military commanders against each other. There are dozens of potential match-ups
Or maybe putting vice admiral Preston Cole vs Thel vadamee or aka the arbiter

Premium video! Love the art with it!
Amazing work! Love your videos and more Covenant stories!
I love watching halo videos at 3am

Covenant Canon Ok that’s interesting
Am curious. Did you reduce the pitch of the narrator's voice?
Oh yeah john really ripped a first blade apart with ease
FOR THE BANISHED
FOR THE GLORY OF JUl'MDAMA
*FOR THE SITH!!!*
I was starting to like that elite.
343 killed him off like a joke
1:48
That one in red is that a female elite?
11:29 o nope it's a dude
Why dont we have any Female Sangheili!?!
Females held political power and oversee family keeps on the home world and likely within high charity and other settlements.
