@@dronecamps thanks Justin it will do my crew good. We started to haul large agm batteries in oure trucks just recent. For field charging ROV and other rc goodies.
I cant believe I only found this m4 pocket product now! I have the m4 ac and it is great but its only powered via 110. Being able to plug into USB adapters is game changing to me since I've been only tied to a wall or 110 outlet in my van which drains my battery fast without the engine running. Mahalo for this video im going to order 1 now
2 things they really need is money and patience
Hey Justin Great video and review of the charger and balancer discharger. I could see using the charger with a lighter plug and then plug into the cigarette lighter and charge my batteries. And the discharger looked nice to have. Thanks for the video and information on them both.
It’s my new go-to mini charger. Also there already an firmware update available!

A 0.5amp charging option would be nice on the charger. I think 1amp minimum is still too high for those cheap 300mah whoop batteries, at least for my taste.
Yes mins too or watch it like a hawk. Firmware update coming I bet will add that function.
As far as I'm concerned, 1c charge rate is the standard to not harm batteries, and up to 2c it's still okay if you're in a hurry. For 300mAh batteries, 1c would be 0.3A and 2c would be 0.6A, most non-HV batteries can take up to 2c, and HV ones can usually take 5c if we believe the manufacturer but you really shouldn't go THAT high. 1A for a 300mAh battery would be more than 3c, which is definitely a no-go for normal LiPo batteries (fire hazard).
I have 450mAh LiHV batteries and I only go up to 2c which is 0.9A, charging at 1A would be a bit too high in my opinion.

Man, its too bad the M4 doesn't do a lower current than 1 amp, I hate charging higher than at 1 to 2 C, especially for the smaller batteries. Great review buddy! Hope you're enjoying the snow.
