Oh man I remember being a kid playing this for the first time at a Bowling Alley at some kid’s birthday party. Pretty sure I ignored the birthday party and spent the whole time playing, occasionally showing up for pizza and cake.. lol Man, I gotta fire up Robocop on my CRT and do a playthrough. Looks pretty great at on my Sony KV-32FS100 at 2560x224 with the RetroArch/Final Burn Neo Core.
Yeah Robocop plays great on fbneo. I can recommend it. How do you check what resolution the game is running at in retroarch? I have switch res enabled so retroarch auto loads a res for me but I would like to check and see what res it picks. I used to play Robocop at the bowling alley down the street from my house. I loved that place. Now it's an Albertsons...
@@VAMPIREMACHIINE Thanks! I believe I am using the same GUI as you. It's the super basic one with the green border. I use super resolutions and I have a lot of them. Id I remember right you use super as well.
@@riggel8804 Yeah, Super Res is way better for me. Everything works perfect. Not to mention all the cool Integer Scaling tricks you can do in RetroArch. I’ve got my CRT Calibrated to 2560x224 for when I play Third Strike on Fightcade 2, and all my Favourite Arcade and Console games run in Native 224p as well.
@@VAMPIREMACHIINE What integer scaling tricks can you do? I use super res because it's easier. With native res you need to use way more resolutions. Even with super res I have like 30 resolutions enabled. I've found that if you don't use the right super res the game won't load in Retroarch or it will load but the image is softened/less sharp.
Just been enjoying some of these playthroughs, not sure if you take requests. If you do could you do a playthrough of the 'rolling thunder' game? If I remember correctly it's a guy with a gun going past doors.
Dude! I was just thinking about doing a Rolling Thunder 1cc today.haha. I am playing Shinobi arcade right now and really enjoying it. I remember Rolling Thunder having similar gameplay. I think there are at least 2 Rolling Thunder arcade games. Is that right? Have you played them both?
@@riggel8804 Haha what a coincidence. Not too sure myself, but I think you're right there were at least 2 when I last looked the game up. I played the first one, but didn't get very far as it was quite hard for me, in much the same ways that Shionbi was too hard for me back when I played it.
Alright my dude. You are going to 1cc it with me. I got Rolling Thunder 2 working with 2 player co-op on Fightcade. We can play together online. If your willing to do a 1cc run on Fightcade with me I will record it and do a review.

LOVE this game man! This is not an easy game to 1cc either, there are plenty of quarter munchery portions of the game that are cheap as hell! Nice going here, very impressive…

@@riggel8804 I’m using the Retro GUI in RetroArch, so for me it’s Main Menu/Settings/Video/Output. Are you using Super Resolutions? or Native Res?
