It's been my experience, 6 - 8months after all post production, media strategy, sales to international markets, media hype, interviews etc Sometimes different markets hold one for late or a particular timing for release and piggy back it for a double whammy. He may have it contractually (sure he would) that he has the say when it drops in his international areas media strategies. They do that at least a year ahead, there is nothing spur of the moment in his life, the local lament (we grew up there,my sister, friends, family went to school with him) damn even his spurs of the moment are scheduled. An exaggeration but not by much. He's stubborn as hell tho, he makes up his mind about something, Katy bar the door he's doing it. Every once in awhile..
