How did you program the remote? All I have on this remote is up & down with a S button on the left side of the remote. Left & right with a P button on the right side of the remote and transmitter written in the middle.
We got to make a DIY how to upgrade the torque and the turning ratio or turning control on these little chips they’re really not that great I have one for my son and it lag power and torque
Did you happen to search mods for the keep lately? there are a ton and there are now parts for these!!!! I just upgraded to 24v and WOW!!! The steering motor also only handles 12v but you can throw 24v at it, it's SNAPPY!!! Take care
This is too cute, we are thinking about getting one for my son. How old is yours? I'm afraid he wont be big enough to reach the pedals. He is 19 months.
Caymie Perkins He was 18 months when we got it for him. Since it comes with a remote that we control he didn’t need to reach the pedal. Now that he is a month shy of turning 3 he can reach it and steer by himself.
i bought the same one best choice products and im having issues with the control...i assembled it plugged im the battery then tried syncing the control but i am not able to control the car with the remote....do i have to wait till the car is fully charged? i install the batteries on the remote, i press the sync button until the buttom lights is flashing, then i turn on the car and wait till the flashing light turns solid, then i try to go forward, back, left or right with the remote and i get zero response...am i doing something wrong?
Joe Huff you need to ensure that first all your connections under the seat are correct than ensure that your remote has enough power ( correct set of charger batteries ) . The remote of these 12v car would automatically detect the car and car will start operating .
How is the 15v fuse hooked up--ours was not connected to anything just loose under the hood.
I lost the control remote, you guys know if they sell it?

Is this good for a 3 year old?
Yes. We got this for him when he was 2. There is a remote control to use until he was able to ride it on his own. He’s 5 now and still fits.
